About Me
University of California, San Diego.
International Studies - Political Science/East Asian Studies. Class of 2010
A little bit of this, a little of that, and a little cynical =P
Going to school can kinda do that to you. But seriously, there's nothing much to know.
A Little More About Me: Former webmaster of the now dead Anime Eclipse Productions. Former contributing member of Minitokyo back in its first year (with the same name that I have here). And a ex-waller that's somehow finding time to make walls again :)

YouThe only thing that annoyed me about the boxers-guy was the fact that his room smelled like rotting, overly oily chinese food, and I had to walk past his room every time i wanted to use the restroom or go out.
Eek!! That must've been really bad! D: How on earth can that guy stand the smell of his own room!? I feel kinda sorry for his gf. I mean she has too withstand that stench every time she comes to his room. Most girls would just dump the guy for being so disgusting. >__<
Yeah my anime club is looking good. We're planning a gathering soon to get to know each other better. We might do it at a Japanese Restaurant for sushi, or maybe tepanyaki. =D I would actually prefer the tepanyaki since it's cooked. I can't stand raw food. Hence i don't eat sushi..D:
YouGood luck with your assignments. And don't worry so much about trying to reply quickly. When I was in the busiest part of my school year, it took me forever to reply to AP posts too.
Kay thanks. I hope i do well on my 1st assignment. =O
That\'s true..
oh yesh! I am.. X3
I\'m in Asia, Philippines to be exact
Are you working on a wallpaper now?
*read your journal*
\"Main attack: Flood of the 10,000 Layers\" (wahahaha XD, that\'s a lot x3)
\"Ultimate attack: Attack of the Super Duper Thin Lines\" (nice!)
justin...unless you\'re taking college-level physics, biology, or chem. Then studying all day might be needed >_>

Drawing and shading every brick won't tire me out because of the special "dealing-with-repetitive-task" half-shut-down mode my brain comes with. :P ...although the irregular bricks will be kinda tricky to figure out correctly. anyway, it's the making the arches look more worn down part and what to draw beyond the arches that kinda worry me.
lol whereas your boss talks to you about marriage and stuff, my supervisor and i discuss (well, what you do know?) university. -__- and a lot of patients and their family members ask me if i'm in med school. xD and then i tell them i'm not in university yet and they go "oh so are you going to go to med school?" it's gotten to a point where it even outnumbers the number of questions about where the washroom is. and that says something because i've discovered that a lot of people are too lazy to follow the signs. @~-J@
well, being wary of change is natural. but i'm more curious than wary. the only problem is, i don't think i know a person IRL who owns illustrator *cough* and i can't afford it. and no a tablet does NOT make vectoring easier. control is actually easier and more accurate with a mouse than a tablet. the freedom pen tool is like... >__> and that's not just my opinion.
well, if you ever need it, i have my pickling ingredients and equipment ready. 8] i can't guarantee your skin won't wrinkle though... but for a quick solution, if ever in doubt, sprinkle some salt. it'll make you last longer, so salted cod from history class tells me. mm is it dry over in sunny california?

Gah im late in my replies again. Gomen. Internet down and i've been busy too. .__. I have an assignment due next week, so i have to spend most of my time on that and doing my homework. =(
Ouh my uni is a research school too. =O So im kinda like in the same situation you're in as well. xD
Lolz the guy in boxers! That must've been funny to see him walk around the house in that! xDD And wow he brought his gf over? Haha you must've heard lots of things then. xDDD
Ouh yeah btw, i've just found out that my uni does have an anime club! It was just newly formed. ;D We had a meeting today, and surprisingly quite a lot of people turned up. And the great thing is, it's an equal amount of males and females too. =O We talked about all our future events like cosplay contests, anime festivals, and the usual anime screenings. We also had some posts to fill up, so i signed up for the publicity team. I heard that it's not that much work, so i might as well join. xD

youI remember my freshman year, when I was living with 9 other guys, we were cool with each other but we still had little bits of drama. One of the guys tended to walk around in nothing but his boxers, another tended to be quite messy in the shared bathrooms, and another simply refused to acknowledge our existences lol. Plus, that guy who walked around in his boxers also had his girlfriend over overnight, which was quite annoying as our walls were uber thin. Overall though, I was lucky that there wasn't anything major.

Yes! I get by in the world by kicking people while their down! Do you know the equivalent Cantonese saying? Something like, "while their sick, take their life." It rhymes in Cantonese. It's much more severe, lol. But but, I am only mean that way to my friends 8D! FUREEEENDO!
I like cream of mushroom too (or probably all creams...), but the last one I had had a really strong after taste and that was bleh!

and my mom gets mad if I just spend the day being lazy..
... so I just go in mah room and study..
but sometimes I end up daydreaming.. x3yes! school here starts early.. I think that only few countries start school on June! oh well, that's the law
Hhhmmmmmm... I'm in school! 1st semester has started... *study study study x3*
Evil Justin calls me by me real name D8
Lol, I don't think I've had someone I haven't met call me by my real name. I guess I'm more comfortable as Luna on the web XD ... But since we're buddies now, I'll get use to it, haha.
Mmm... cream of broccoli.....

*looks down* ehehe, so luna is rubbing it in, is she? >xD well, as long as everything turned out fine, then it is okay.
the stuff about the collab sounds good. :] and do not worry. there is still much work to do on my ruins wall -- most of the shading, smoke, sky, and some scratches/polishing off (<--unintentional, lol, polishing off the wall by adding scratches...to the walls) -- but i am not going to ruin the work that i have done by rushing. i have hopes for this one. :]
engagement is not a word to be found in the dictionary of my friends and i, lol. and i cannot imagine it entering our vocabulary a few years down the road. same goes for living together and marriage. same age as you? is your AP age accurate?
not so sure which one is easier. i am more interested in illustrator for the vector quality (it is vector based unlike PS, after all) and for capabilities that PS lacks. for example, i heard somewhere that you can see stuff past the edge of your canvas and more than once, i had wanted that ability in PS. i know, i can just expand the canvas and set up a top layer to show where the original canvas begins and ends, but still... and the gradient mesh tool sounds cool.
i can imagine that walling has come a long way. the softwares improve. the community grows. the field of techniques and styles broadens. the number of critics also goes up and they develop finer and finer eyes. xD *gasp* you are reaching the end of your shelf life? where is your expiration date printed? D: quick, into the fridge! ...or maybe i should pickle you. 8]

Don't worry, even if I can't find a job and live in a dumpster, I'll still be drawing, lol. I'm happy to read that you'd like to see more 8)
I am STARVING. I'll go have some cereal now. Some crunchy cereal. Lol sorry.

You enjoy moving in? D: But it's so troublesome. I mean like you have to get everything sorted out and shift it to the new place. Then there's also that thing about adapting to the new environment and all. Seems like too much trouble. So i don't like moving. =(
Lol! xD That's so weird. I've never met anyone who loves packing and unpacking their stuff so much. xDD
Wow that is big! o__o Woods and hills in the campus area itself? That is amazingly big. The biggest campus that i've been on had a lake of it's own. But nothing like woods and hills. =O So i can't imagine how big your campus would be. O__O
You're so lucky! You get to be by the beach all the time! That must be nice. I have'nt gone down to the beach in ages! D:
Yeah all my registration stuff has been settled now. ^__^
Haha roommate drama! Well i have'nt experienced any big drama-like scenes yet. And hopefully not any soon! ^^;
Ouh cool a condo! Some of my friends are staying in condos too. But the rentals are way higher than apartments. =O
Yeah well good luck on those classes then. ;D
Oh yeah before i forget, how many subjects are you taking in total? Like throughout your whole degree program, how many subjects must you complete? I've just found out that i have to do 24 subjects. o__o Never knew that i had to take that much. D:
You saidI have a kind of perverse pleasure in packing and unpacking my stuff.
Lol! xD That's so weird. I've never met anyone who loves packing and unpacking their stuff so much. xDD
You againHeh. You think your campus is huge, you haven't seen mine. Mine has hills, and even woods lol.
